Sift flour. Add sweet cumin, salt and peppercorns. Rub in
fat. Add curds and cold water to make a stiff dough. Divide into equal
portions. Roll into round poories. Double them. Roll lightly. Fold again to
form triangle. Roll lightly again and fry in deep fat till light brown.
