Garam masala powder (cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, pepper

Bengal gram flour

|
Boil mutton with onions and salt. Grind together remaining
spices and mix with gram flour and cooked minced meat. Add lime juice and mix
well. Spread on the back of one colocasia leaf. Put another leaf on top and
apply more mixture. Repeat till all the leaves are used up. Turn in the two
ends and roll rightly. Tie with a thread and steam. Serve sliced or if
preferred, fry each slices and serve hot.
