Oil to fry
|
|
Pick and wash gram. Soak in water for 5 to 6 hours. Grind
coconut, coriander, green chillies, cumin and garlic. Mix with the gram. Add
finely chopped onions, salt, soda bicarbonate, vinegar, turmeric, chilli
powder, lime juice and a little oil. Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.
Heat the oil (for deep frying). Put in teaspoons of mixture and fry till golden
brown.
