Fried eggs and bacon














Ingredients

Quantity
Eggs
1 or 2 per portion
Bacon
3 rashers per portion (about 60gms)


Fry eggs as in the above recipe. Remove the rind off the bacon. Fry in a little fat or grill on a flat tray. Dress neatly around the eggs.

N. B.      Fried eggs may also be served with grilled or fried tomatoes, mushrooms, sautéed potatoes, etc.
