Duck fry















Ingredients

For 6 to 8
Duck
1
Chilli powder
1 tbsp
Coriander powder
2 tbsp
Pepper
½ tsp
Salt
to taste 
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Oil
¼ tsp
Small red onions
60gms


Clean duck and joint. Grind together chili powder and coriander, pepper and salt and apply on the duck. Marinade in vinegar for half an hour. Heat the oil. Add onions. When they starts to brown, add duck and brown well. Add boiling water. Cook on a slow fire till duck is done and go gravy remains.
