Clean, wash and cut meat. Chop onions and fry. Add meat; fry
lightly. Add hot water and salt and cook. Boil potatoes; slice and fry till
brown. When meat is cooked, remove. Add ground coriander, Kashmiri chillies,
cumin, turmeric, chopped ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add
vinegar and sugar and cook till gravy is thick. Add meat and potatoes. Cook for
a few minutes longer and remove. Serve meat and gravy with potatoes on top.
