Chicken saute (Indian style)

Red chillies

Cinnamon, cloves, fennel (saunf)

Garlic
1 pod
Ginger
2.5 cm (1”) piece
Salt
to taste  
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Onions
2 (200gms)
Tomato
1 large


Clean and joint chicken. Grind together all the spices with salt, using vinegar. Slice onions and chop tomato roughly. Apply half the ground spices on chicken and set aside for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil. Fry lightly. Fry remaining spices. Add sliced onions, saute. Add chopped tomato and cook chicken gently till tender. Check for seasoning. Remove.
