Chicken curry (B)















Ingredients

Tomatoes

Grind coconut and coriander. Grind onions, turmeric, red chillies and peppercorns. In a pan, put in fat, ground ingredients and chicken; cover with a tight lid and cook on a slow fire for about 20 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle a little water and stir well for about 10 minutes. Add more hot water and salt and cook on a slow fire till chicken is tender.
