80 – 100gms

a pinch

Peel and slice onions and potatoes. Heat the fat. Fry onions. Add flour and stir well. Add flour and stir well. Add chicken stock and potatoes. Cook until soft. Add chicken and milk. Cook for 5 minutes longer. Season and serve hot.

N. B.    For Chicken Barely Chowder, add 30gms or 680gms of barley and cook till tender before adding the potatoes.
