Cashewnut barfi

Cashewnuts
100gms
Coconut
150gms
Cardamoms
2gms
Fat
10gms


Soak cashewnuts in water for 1 hour. Grind coconut and cashewnuts into a fine paste. Add sugar and cook the mixture on a slow fire stirring constantly. Add fat and keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Add cardamoms powder, and remove the mixture, and put on a greased plate for cooling. When cold, cut into cubes.
