Bengal gram flour

Heat the fat. Add gram flour and fry. Remove pan from fire.
Cool. Add powdered sugar. Mix well. Add crushed cardamoms. Form into even
shaped balls with the hands.
N. B. A
sticky sugar syrup can be prepared and the fried gram flour added to it and
then prepared into balls.
