Chop onions and green chillies fine. Open the tin of tuna.
Put into a dish. Flake. Mix together grated coconut, chopped tomato, green
chillies, onions, oil and pepper. Break eggs and mix and blend with the
mixture. Add the tuna. Add salt to taste. Take 2 or 3 banana leaves. Hold over
the fire to fade them slightly. Place mixture on banana leaf. Wrap one over the
other. Tie together and bake for 45 minutes. Remove and place under the till
grill for about 5 minutes on both sides. Open and serve in a plate in the
banana leaf itself.
