Hear fat. Saute sliced onion. Add mashed and chopped
fenugreek leaves, green chillies, ginger, peeled and chopped garlic and
turmeric. Fry for a few minutes. Add lime juice and sugar. Spread in a shallow
pan. Beat eggs well and pour over fenugreek leaves. Cover and cook on gentle
heat till the eggs set. Serve hot, cut into pieces.
