Scrambled egg with coconut

Grate coconut, crush red chillies. Slice onions. Break eggs. Beat well. Add coconut, onions, chillies and salt. Heat the oil in a fry pan. Add egg mixture. As it starts setting, stir. Remove when cooked and serve immediately.
