Grate coconut. Extract coconut milk, the first extraction
thick, the second with 150ml of water, and the third with 300 ml of water. Set
aside. Scale, clean and wash fish well. (Shell and wash prawns. Remove
intestines). Cut into 2.5 cm. (1”) slices. Slice onions. Put into a pan the
second and third extractions of coconut milk, turmeric, fenugreek, slit green
chillies, sliced onions, ginger, fish salt and curry leaves. Bring to boil and
simmer till fish is done. Add first extraction of coconut milk and lime juice.
Remove from fire.
