Clean and wash several rinses of cold water and cut fish. Peel and slice garlic, ginger and onions; slit green chillies. Make two extracts of coconut milk. Heat oil, saute sliced onions. Add turmeric and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, fish and potatoes. Add second extract of coconut milk and salt and cook gently. When ready add the thick first of coconut milk. Bring to boiling point. Add lime juice and vinegar. Serve hot.
