Ingredients
Quantity

Whole wheat flour
1 cup
Oil
 1 tsp
Salt
¼ tsp
Water



Mix the flour, oil and salt. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well.

Divide the dough into 25 portions.

Roll out into thin rounds and prick with a fork.

Arrange the rounds on a baking tray.

Bake in a hot oven at 350F for 10 minutes.
