Do not slice the vegetables too thick or too thin.
Mix flours, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric to make a batter for
dipping.
Heat the oil to deep fry. When hot, add a tablespoon to the batter
and mix.
Dip the vegetables, slice by slice and slide into the hot oil. Fry
on medium heat till golden brown.
