Ingredients

Cardamom pods

Garlic fresh ginger root

Chilli pepper

Yoghurt
|
|
Indian fried onions
|

Coriander leaves

Chapattis
|
Oil in skillet.
Add 2 large and 4 small (green) cardamom pods.
Add chicken chunks and saute.
Add garlic and ginger paste (crushed in mortar and pestle).
Add chili pepper (fresh or powder) to taste.
Add yogurt and Indian fried onions to make a sauce.
Sprinkle coriander leaves on top before serving.
Serve with chapatis.
