Ingredients
For 4

Bengal  gram
500gms
Coconut
112gms
Red chillies
5 – 6
Oil
15ml
Salt
to taste


Soak the gram overnight. Boil till the skin separates. Slice coconut into fine slices. Heat oil in a fry pan. Add broken red chillies and coconut pieces. When coconut starts browning, add boiled gram and salt. Fry well. Remove and serve hot.
