Kabuli Mattar (Dry peas)









Ingredients
For 4

Dry peas
115gms
Lime
½ to 1
Green chillies
15gms
Coriander leaves
½ bunch
Ginger
a small piece
Chilli powder
½ tsp
Garam masala powder
a pinch
Cumin powder
a pinch
Salt
to taste


Wash and soak peas overnight, preferably with a pinch of soda. Cook in the same water till soft. Mash roughly, add lime juice, salt, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger, chilli powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder. Mix well and serve.
