Split Bengal gram

Red chillies

Onions

Curry leaves
a spring
1 bunch
Salt
to taste

Oil
30ml
500ml


Boil gram with just enough water to cook. Peel and coarsely crush onion with the red chillies. Heat the oil. Add crushed chillies, onions and curry leaves. Saute. Add cooked gram and salt. Stir well for a few minutes and remove.
