Fenugreek seeds

Mustard seeds

Asafoetida

Split black gram
200gms
Split red gram
200gms
Pepper
30gms
Curry leaves
1 bunch
Cumin
150gms


Dry all ingredients in the sun or roast without oil individually. Powder chillies separately. Powder rest of the ingredients to a smooth mixture and pass it through a fine sieve. Add a pinch of salt and mix chilli powder according to taste. Store in an airtight container and use as required.
