Mango Dal (Ambyachi Dal)

Turmeric

Green chillies

Chilli pwd
a pinch

Oil

Asafoetida

Coriander leaves
4 springs
2 bunches
Salt
to taste 
80 – 100gms


Soak gram overnight. Crush the gram coarsely. Add grated raw mango, chopped chillies, sugar and salt and boil. Heat oil, add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add the chilli powder, turmeric and asafoetida. Mix well and serve garnished with green coriander.
