Heat oil, add mustard seeds, fenugreek and curry leaves. As seeds splutters, add mango cut into 2.5 cm × 0.75 cm (1” ×  ¼”) pieces. Add chilli powder and salt. Fry for a few minutes. Add 2 – 3 cups water and simmer till mangoes are cooked. Roast and powder cumin and add to the mangoes just before removing from the fire.
