a small piece

to taste
80 – 100gms


Wash and boil the rice adding cinnamon, cloves, salt and peppercorns. Keep the rice warm till you prepare the eggs. Beat the eggs well (white first and then add the yolk) chop onion with leaves. Heat fat; saute onions. Add well beaten eggs, cook for a minutes or two. Add rice and stir well. Remove and serve hot.
