Alu Mattar Ki Sabji - Curried Potatoes and Pea















Ingredients

Potatoes
6 medium
Green peas – fresh or frozen
2 tbsp
Cumin seeds
¼ tsp
Ground turmeric
¼ tsp
Ground red pepper
½ tsp
Ground coriander
2 tsp
Ground cumin
½ tsp
Garam masala
½ tsp
Salt
to taste 
Vegetable oil
1/3 cup


Wash and peel potatoes; cut into 1 inch cubes. Heat vegetable oil and fry cumin seeds. When Seed start to burst add akk tge ungredients except garam masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons water and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add garam masala and cook for another 10 minutes.
