Vegetable Noodles – Chinese



















Ø  60 gm beans
Ø  60 gm capsicum
Ø  60 gm onions
Ø  60 gm cabbage
Ø  15 gm spring onion
Ø  3 gm ajinomoto
Ø  Salt and pepper to taste
Ø  15 ml soya sauce
Ø  15 ml oil

Parboil (boil until partly cooked) noodles strain the water and keep aside, cut vegetables into julienne ( cut into small thin strips )or strip

Heat oil in a Chinese fry pan or wok and fry the vegetables till it is 80% cook

Add parboiled noodles and mix it well with salt and pepper

Add ajinomoto, soya sauce mix well and serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.
