Ø 750 gms green peas, shelled
Ø 250 gms each cauliflower, fresh bean & tomatoes
Ø 1 finely chopped onion
Ø ½ cup fresh curd
Ø 4 green chillies
Ø 2 tblsp coriander seeds
Ø ½ tsp each turmeric pwd & cumin seeds
Ø 1 inch long ginger chopped
Ø 3 cloves garlic, chopped
Ø ½ tsp garam masala
Ø A pinch of sugar
Ø 3 tblsp ghee
Ø A handful minced green coriander leaves
Ø Salt to taste
Chop the vegetable into small pieces. Grind onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic into a smooth paste. Heat ghee and fry the paste till light brown. Add a pinch of sugar and required salt. Now add fried vegetable along with well beaten curd and half a cup of water. Cook till tender and mix in garam masala. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot.
