Pudina Raita














Ø  3 cups curd
Ø  Fresh mint leaves
Ø  1 bunch coriander leaves
Ø  3 green chillies
Ø  Sugar ¼ tsp
Ø  Salt to taste

Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and pinch of sugar to a smooth paste. Now beat the curd well and mix in it all the ingredients together. Stir them well. Chill and serve raita with chapattis or rice.


Variation:

If you add two finely chopped onions into the above raita, it becomes ‘Pudina-Pyaj da Raita’.
