Mutton Khorma – Indian
















Ø  500 gms Mutton
Ø  30 gms coconut
Ø  5 gms ginger
Ø  115 gm onions
Ø  5 gm garlic
Ø  5 gms red chilli pwd
Ø  115 gms curd
Ø  15 gms coriander pwd
Ø  5 gms poppy seeds (khuskhus)
Ø  5 gms green chillies
Ø  Salt to taste
Ø  5 gms cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns, cardamoms 
Ø  50 gms oil



Wash and cut meat, soak in curd

Grind poppy seeds, coconut, garlic, ginger, coriander pwd, red chilli pwd, green chillies and half the onions

Heat oil, fry remaining sliced onions

Add ground spices and meat

Add remaining curd and hot water cook till meat is tender.

Add powdered garam masala mix and serve hot.
