Ginger Rice – Chinese















Ø  250 gms rice
Ø  30 gms spring onion
Ø  5 gms ginger
Ø  5 gms garlic
Ø  20 gms celery
Ø  A pinch ajinomoto
Ø  10 ml soya sauce
Ø  Salt and pepper to taste
Ø  30 ml oil


Wash, boil and drain rice

Chop ginger, garlic and celery

Heat oil and saute the chopped vegetable

Add the rice seasoned with salt, pepper, soya sauce and ajinomoto

Mix well and serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions
