Egg Chicken










Ø  1 cleaned and cut chicken
Ø  6 eggs
Ø  1 cup bread crumbs
Ø  4 tblsp ghee to fry
Ø  6 cloves garlic
Ø  6 red chillies
Ø  ½” long piece of ginger, finely chopped.

Grind all the spices to a fine paste. Now boil the chicken with ground spices and salt in two cups of water. Continue to boil till chicken turns soft and water dries up.

Now beat the egg with 1 cup lukewarm water. Dip in chicken pieces in egg. Then add breadcrumbs and fry well. When the dish is ready, sprinkle some of the egg on top to from a sort of lace frill around each piece. Serve it hot with nan and chapattis.
