Cheese-Egg












Ø  8 eggs
Ø  1 cup grated cheese
Ø  4 tsps butter
Ø  2 large onions
Ø  3 capsicum
Ø  2 bunch chopped parsley
Ø  8 cloves of garlic
Ø  4 stalks of celery

Put all the chopped ingredients in butter for 4 to 5 min and then remove from flame. Now grease the individual bowls and place a tablespoon of onion mixture. Sprinkle over it some cheese and salt. Now breaking one egg into each bowl bake in a moderate oven, of about 350 till egg sets. Sprinkle with parsley  before serving.
