Palak Paneer

Ø  500 gms cottage cheese, cut into pieces
Ø  3 large bunches of minced spinach
Ø  3 onion minced
Ø  4 chopped green chillies
Ø  4 minced tomatoes
Ø  1 inch long piece of ginger, chopped
Ø  4 to 5 cloves of crushed garlic
Ø  ½ tsp of chilli pwd
Ø  1 tblsp plain flour
Ø  Ghee or butter 250 gms
Ø  Salt to taste

Deep fry paneer on low flame till golden brown. Now cook spinach without water at low temperature and then mash it to a smooth paste by grinding it in a mixer.

Now heat ghee or gutter and fry chopped or minced tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, flour, and cook for five minutes. Now put in spinach paste, stir and cook for a few minutes. Add paneer and cook for 5 mts. Serve it hot with chapattis or parathas.
