Lentil Salad















Ingredients

Quantity
Sprouted lentils (moong, channa or any)
1 ½ cups
Chopped onion
1 large
Tomato chopped
1 large
Coriander – chopped
½ bunch
Mint leaves – chopped
few
Vinegar (white)
1 tsp
Salt
to taste 
Ground sugar
1 tsp
Red chilli powder
½ tsp
Cumin seed powder
½ tsp


Wash and drain the sprouts. Add the onion, tomatoes and all seasoning.

Mix well, add mint an mix lightly garnish with chopped coriander.

Chill and serve
