Lal Chutney - Fresh Red Chutney With Almonds




Ingredients

Red pepper – deseeded, coarsely chopped 
½
Mint leaves – coarsely chopped
20 large
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Garlic cloves – coarsely chopped
1
Chilli powder
½ tsp
Salt
½ tsp
Fresh ground black pepper

Almonds – silvered , blanched
1 tbsp
Dill – chopped (optional)
1 tsp


Blend red pepper, mint, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder, slat and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Add almonds and blend again. Pour into bowl and check seasoning. Add dill if you wish. Serve with Hamburger Kabobs.
