Kadai Chop


















Ingredients

Lamb chops (single bone
8 (500gms)
Oil
for deep frying 

For the marinade:


Salt
to taste
Chilli powder
20gms
Garam masala powder
10gms
Ginger paste
20gms
Garlic paste
30gms
Raw papaya paste
60gms
Black pepper powder
10gms
Lemon juice
30ml

For the batter:


Cornstarch
100gms
Salt
to taste 
Flour
50gms
Ginger paste
10gms
Garlic paste
20gms


Wash and dry the lamb chops. Mix salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, raw papaya paste, black pepper powder and lemon juice well and apply to the chops. Keep aside for half an hour.

Mix all ingredients for the batter and add enough water to mix to a smooth paste of coating consistency. Dip the marinated chops in this batter and deep fry in hot oil until done. Serve hot.
