Indian Yogurt Bread














Ingredients

Quantity
Plain yoghurt
½ cup
Olive oil
3 tbsp
Honey
3 tbsp
Garam masala
1 ½ tsp
Salt
¾ tsp
Bread flour
3 cups
Whole wheat flour
1 1/8 cups
Yeast
2 tsp


As needed:          add milk, or water 1-2 TBS at a time.

Notes, I used no fat sour cream, as I don’t tolerate yogurt at all. I needed around 4 TBS of water, and also had to help along the blade by moving around the dough, as it is very heavy. Tasted very good with dark honey. Will try with Apple Butter
