Indian Fruit Salad.















Ingredients

Bananas – peeled and sliced (set aside 1 sliced banana for sauce

Orange – peeled and section

Red or green seedless grapes – halved
4 ounces
Kiwi – peeled and sliced grated peel and juice of 1 lime

Orange – juice of

Sugar

Freshly ground black pepper
to taste 


Place slices of 2 bananas, oranges, grapes and kiwi in a bowl and mix gently. In a blender, process until smooth, slices of 1 banana, orange juice, lime juice and sugar. Add lime peel and pepper to sauce, and pour over fruit. Mix gently. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. This is excellent served with yogurt.
