Chicken malai tikka














Ingredients

Quantity
Chicken (boneless)
500gms
Thick cream
100gms
Curd
100gms
Cheddar cheese
50gm
Cashew nut paste
20gms
Cardamom powder
½ tsp
Mace powder
½ tsp
Lime juice
1 lime
Salt
to taste  


Cut chicken into cubes and marinate with lime and salt. Keep it aside.

Beat curd thoroughly, add grated cheese, thick cream, cashew nut paste, mace powder and cardamom powder and mix well.  Add chicken pieces into the batter and soak it for at least two hours.

Put chicken cubes into the skewer and cook in the Tandoor.
