Garam Masala Spice Mix - 2

Ingredients	Quantity
Green cardamoms – pods seeds	10
Or
Black cardamoms – pods seeded	6
Black peppercorns	1 tbsp
Cumin seeds	2 tsp
Coriander seeds	½ tsp
Dried red chillies – seeded	2 small

Using a blender, process all ingredients until finely ground. Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
