Preheat oven to 100 C. Mix all ingredients except nutmeg in a
frying pan. Roast them in the oven. Do not let them turn brown. Put aside until
cool. Blend cooled and roasted spices at high speed for 2-3 minutes until
completely pulverized. Add nutmeg and mix well.
Makes approx. 1 ½ cups
