Fish Or Shrimp Salan




Ingredients

Onion chopped

Chilli powder

Turmeric powder

Garam masala powder

Dried methi
1 pinch
Yoghurt
2 tbsp
Tomato

Whole green chilli
2 to 3
Oil
2 tbsp up to 3


Saute the onion in oil until transparent. Add all the spices, tomato and yogurt. Mix well and add the fish pieces. Add a few tbs. of water if necessary. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes. Shrimps take lesser time to cook. Serve with naan or boiled rice.
