Ellu Chaadam (Sesame Rice)




Ingredients

Quantity
Rice
2 cups
Red chillies
5
White sesame seeds
½ cup
Cashewnuts – deep fried
1 tbsp
Ghee
4 tbsp
Salt
to taste 


Cook rice until just done. Spread on a flat dish. Add salt and allow to cool. Roast sesame seeds and red chillies until brown and pound coarsely. Add to rice along with cashew nuts, oil and ghee. Mix well and serve.
