Poha (beaten rice)

Fry onions golden brown. Add ground masala & fry well. Add
mutton & curry leaves & salt to taste. Add 1 tbsp bottle masala &
pressure cook till mutton is tender.
Remove mutton from gravy & add 1 tbsp bottle masala boil 3
cubed potatoes till tender. Add the mutton back to the gravy add sour lime
juice & a handful of chopped coriander.
