Curry Powder-Martha Stewart Living















Ingredients

Quantity
Coriander seeds
2 tbsp
Cumin seeds
1 tbsp
Mustard seeds
½ tbsp
Fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp
Dried red chillies
4 small
Pepper corns
1 tbsp
Fresh dried curry leaves (optional)

Ground ginger
½ tbsp
Ground turmeric
1 tbsp


Place all the seeds together in a saute pan over medium heat and dry-roast, shaking pan often, until they give off an aroma, about 5 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in a mortar or a clean coffee grinder and grind to a powder.

Store in an airtight container.
