Ingredients

Black peppercorns
10 whole
Whole cinnamon stick (2”)
1 piece
Whole fenugreek seeds
1 tsp
Whole all spices
½ tsp
Whole cloves
10
Ground turmeric
½ tsp
Ground cumin
½ tsp
Ground nutmeg
½ tsp


In your blender grind the whole spices together. Add the powdered spices. Store in an air-tight container in a dry place.

YIELD:    about 1/4 cup

NOTE : A good place to find fenugreek seeds is a health food store.
