Curry Powder - 2

















Ingredients

Quantity
Cumin seeds
2 tbsp
Fenugreek
2 tbsp
Mustard seeds
1 ½ tsp
Black pepper corns
1 tbsp
Coriander seeds
½ cup
Poppy seeds
1 tbsp
Ground ginger
1 tbsp
Hot chilli powder
1 ½ tsp
Ground turmeric
¼ cup


Using a blender, process cumin, fenugreek, mustard, peppercorns, coriander and poppy seeds.

Add remaining spices; process.

Store in air-tight container for up to 3 months.
