Boil and drain rice. Boil gram till tender and dry. Dice
carrots and shell peas, boil. Hard-boil eggs, sieve yolks and chop whites. Mix
rice, gram, vegetables, half the eggs, milk, margarine, seasoning and parsley.
Reheat, serve piled up in a dish garnished with remaining eggs.
